Move your phone number to Lotly
Moving a number is called porting. We do it for you, but we need a few things from you first.

Find your most recent phone bill.
It has to be the account the number is on right now.

Ask us to start the move.
Use Ask Lotly AI or the Contact tab in the Help Center.

Send us the bill, the account number, and the PIN or passcode on the account.
The name and address must match the bill exactly. A mismatch is the number one reason a port is rejected.

Keep your old service on until we tell you the move is done.
Cancelling early can kill the number.
That’s it. Calls and texts to your old number arrive in Lotly.
