SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text-message (SMS/MMS) programs offered through Lotly Software LLC (“Lotly,” “we”). They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Program description

Lotly and the property operators that use Lotly (“Subscribers”) may send text messages such as rent reminders, payment confirmations, maintenance and application updates, lease notices, appointment and showing confirmations, one-time passcodes (2FA), and account or customer-service messages. Where you separately opt in, you may also receive promotional messages.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Marketing or promotional texts are sent only where you have given separate, express prior written consent at the point of opt-in.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the messages you choose to receive. Message and data rates may apply. Lotly and the Subscriber do not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

How to opt out or get help

Carriers & privacy

Supported carriers may change, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties for their own marketing. Information you provide is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
