Why you cannot send texts yet
Texting from a business number in the US needs carrier approval. Until that clears, the Text tab shows a registration form instead of a compose box.

Open Communication → the Text tab. If you see a form asking for your legal business name and EIN, you are not registered yet.

Fill it in and click Submit for review.
Use your exact legal business name and EIN. A mismatch with public records is the most common reason a registration is rejected.

Wait. Approval usually takes a few days and is out of Lotly's hands.

Once approved, the Text tab becomes a normal inbox and New text appears.
That’s it. This is a one-time thing. Once approved you never see the form again.
