Record a violation
A violation is a written record that a rule was broken, and when. That record is what matters later.

Click Tools in the left menu.

Open the Violations tab, then click New Violation.
Bulk Create raises the same violation against several tenants at once, for something like a park-wide parking sweep.

Say what the rule was, what happened, and attach photos if you have them.
That’s it. There is now a dated record with evidence attached.
