TransUnion is one of the three major consumer credit reporting agencies in the US (alongside Equifax and Experian). For mobile-home-park operators, TransUnion's TUNA (TransUnion Network Analytics) product is widely used for tenant screening because it bundles credit, criminal, and eviction data in a single report optimized for residential rental decisions. TransUnion-sourced reports trigger FCRA obligations for the user (operator), including written authorization at application time and adverse-action notices when reports influence denial decisions.
