It handles tenant ledgers, lease management, rent collection and payment processing, work orders, vendor management, owner statements, and accounting integrations. Generic apartment-focused PMS tools (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi) have historically dominated the market but increasingly compete with park-specific platforms (Lotly, Rent Manager) that handle MHP nuances natively — lot-level tracking, lot-rent vs home-rent separation, infill stage management, and certified-mail integration.
