Our Story
Lotly was founded by mobile home park owners and operators who experienced firsthand the inefficiencies of managing residential communities. From screening applicants with outdated tools to chasing rent payments and coordinating maintenance across multiple properties, the process was fragmented, time-consuming, and prone to human error.
We built Lotly to solve our own problems — and quickly realized that every owner-operator in the industry faced the same challenges. Lotly is the platform we wished existed when we started managing parks.

Caleb is an active mobile home park owner-operator who built Lotly to solve the operational problems he and other park owners faced day-to-day — outdated screening tools, manual rent collection, and fragmented maintenance coordination across multiple properties. He leads product, engineering, and FCRA-compliance decisions at Lotly.
