Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making Lotly usable by everyone.
Lotly is committed to digital accessibility. We work to provide an experience that meets or exceeds the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA on the Lotly marketing site, the Operator Portal, the Tenant Portal, and per-Subscriber listings sites.
1. Our Commitment
Lotly Software LLC (“Lotly”) is committed to ensuring that the Services are accessible to people with disabilities, including those who use screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice-control software, captioning, switch devices, or other assistive technologies. We continuously work to improve accessibility, in accordance with applicable law and best practice.
2. Standards We Follow
We aim for substantial conformance with:
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative;
- Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12181 et seq., as interpreted by the U.S. Department of Justice and the federal courts;
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 794d, where applicable to public-sector clients;
- State accessibility laws, including the California Unruh Civil Rights Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 51), the New York State Human Rights Law (N.Y. Exec. Law § 296), the New York City Human Rights Law (NYC Admin. Code § 8-107), the Massachusetts Equal Rights Act (M.G.L. c. 93 § 102), the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, the Illinois Human Rights Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act, the Texas Human Resources Code, and analogous state and local laws governing accessibility of places of public accommodation and digital services.
3. Accessibility Features
Where reasonably feasible, the Services are designed to support the following accessibility features:
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy;
- Keyboard navigation throughout core workflows (application submission, payment, document review, listing browsing);
- Alternative text (alt-text) for informative images;
- Color-contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA (4.5:1 for normal text; 3:1 for large text);
- Form fields with associated labels, instructions, and error-identification messages;
- ARIA roles and properties on interactive components where native HTML semantics are insufficient;
- Resizable text and reflowable layouts at 200% zoom without loss of content or functionality;
- Screen-reader-friendly modal dialogs, tooltips, and notifications;
- Skip-to-content links on long pages;
- Focus indicators on all interactive elements.
4. Known Limitations and Ongoing Work
Despite our best efforts, parts of the Services may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. Known areas under active remediation include:
- Third-party content embedded from CRAs and payment processors, which may not be fully under our control;
- Certain legacy interfaces in the Operator Portal that are scheduled for redesign;
- PDF documents generated from older templates that may lack full tagging.
We are actively working to address these limitations. If you encounter an accessibility barrier that is not listed here, please contact us using the information below.
5. Reasonable Accommodations
If you need assistance using the Services, or if you would like to request a reasonable accommodation, please contact us. We will respond to accommodation requests within ten (10) business days, or sooner where required by Applicable Law, and will work in good faith to provide an equally effective alternative means of accessing the requested information or feature.
6. Reporting an Accessibility Barrier
We welcome feedback. If you experience difficulty accessing any portion of the Services, or if you have suggestions for improving accessibility, please contact:
- Email: accessibility@lotly.ai
- Telephone: (916) 824-5000
- Mail: Lotly Software LLC, Attn: Accessibility, 5754 Lonetree Blvd, STE C7, Rocklin, CA 95765
When you report a barrier, please include: (a) the URL or screen where the barrier occurred, (b) a brief description of the issue, (c) the assistive technology and browser/operating system you were using, and (d) your contact information so we can follow up. We will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and provide a status update within twenty (20) business days.
7. Formal Grievance Procedure (ADA Title II / Section 504, where applicable)
For Subscribers and end users in jurisdictions or relationships that require a formal grievance procedure under ADA Title II or Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, written grievances may be submitted to the address above. Lotly will investigate the grievance and respond in writing within thirty (30) days, including any proposed remediation steps. Decisions may be appealed in writing within ten (10) business days of the response.
8. Continuous Improvement
Lotly periodically engages in internal accessibility audits, integrates automated accessibility testing into its software-development lifecycle, and reviews user feedback to prioritize remediation work. This Statement is reviewed at least annually and updated to reflect material changes in our accessibility posture.
9. Third-Party Content
Some content delivered through the Services originates from third parties (for example, Consumer Reports furnished by CRAs, payment-processor interfaces, mapping providers, and identity-verification vendors). Lotly does not control the accessibility of third-party content, but we work with our vendors to encourage WCAG-conformant designs and will use reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative when third-party content presents a barrier.
