A formal request from a prospective resident to rent a lot or home in a park.

A rental application is the structured form a prospective resident completes to be considered for tenancy. A standard MHP application captures personal identification, current and prior addresses, employment and income information, references, pet declarations, vehicle information, and authorization for credit and background checks. Application fees in MHP typically run twenty-five to forty-five dollars to cover the operator's screening report cost. Modern applications are completed entirely online in 15 to 25 minutes, with e-signed authorization integrated into the workflow.
