Lotly’s criminal report checks for felony and misdemeanor convictions at the City, State, and Federal level. Giving landlords a clear view of potential safety or liability concerns.
Lotly’s eviction history report identifies past eviction filings and judgments, helping landlords spot patterns of problematic rental behavior.
Lotly’s income verification confirms an applicant’s reported earnings using pay stubs, bank data, or employer-provided information to ensure they can afford the rent. Applicant’s can also connect their bank account through our third-party partner to enable more accurate results.
Lotly’s ID verification confirms the applicant’s identity using government-issued documents and fraud detection tools to prevent identity misuse.
Lotly partners with Transunion to offer their TLO report. This report contains critical information like previous addresses, phone numbers, emails, relatives, etc. This can be used to prevent fraud and gather rental references.
Lotly uses Letterstream to automatically send adverse action letters with no need to visit the post office. Letters are mailed via USPS on behalf of the landlord, ensuring compliance, saving time, and reducing legal risk.
Lotly’s First Class Mail feature sends adverse action letters for $2.49 per letter, plus $0.25 per additional page. This service ensures quick, reliable delivery via USPS, all handled virtually with no need to visit the post office.
Lotly’s Certified Mail feature sends letters for $9.99 per letter, plus $0.30 per additional page. It can mail all types of notices, like Notices to Quit and Eviction Notices (just upload your own template), with secure, trackable USPS delivery, all processed virtually with no need to visit the post office.
