This site supports the consumer rights described in the Adverse Action Notice you received from Lotly on behalf of your landlord.

Lotly acts as a service provider that delivers screening reports to landlords. Lotly does not investigate or resolve disputes — the consumer reporting agency that supplied the information is responsible for the reinvestigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We will forward your dispute to the appropriate consumer reporting agency on your behalf.

Start with the case code from your Adverse Action Notice

Find the 16-character code printed on your notice — it appears in the link after https://lotly.ai/disputes/d/<code>. Enter it below to forward a dispute or request a copy of the report.

If you don't have your case code

You can still file online — you don't need a case code, and there is no fee. Our Compliance Officer will match your dispute to the correct report and may email you for one more identifying detail. You can also call the number below at any time to record a dispute.
